Role & responsibilities

• Leading and managing the Service Department to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Developing and implementing strategies that align with the companys overall objectives.
• Streamlining processes, improving efficiencies, and ensuring effective resource management.
• Collaborating with other departments to drive continuous improvement and achieve company-wide goals.
• Ensured Service Calls TAT compliance for Complaints within 72 Hours.
•  Keep closely focus on Happy Calls/Customer feed backs.
• Complaints verification Management & Track to CRM
• Monitoring the Inventory stocks & spares availability with Technicians and records
• Focus and achieve the Service Revenue Targets and Spares sale.
• Organize Technicians Training
• Search and deploy the technicians for vacant and non compliance areas.
• Spares dispatch and delivery.
• Daily/weekly/ Monthly MIS for management
