Urgent Hiring For Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for driving SSP and SDP processes and ensuring good performance on all service parameters at the branch
• Should be able to plan sales and generate revenue for branch
• Should be able to achieve sales target.
• Driving and achieving Sales & Service AOP targets across LOBs for the branch.
• Drive new initiatives & Schemes to meet AOP requirement.
• Ensuring end to end customer satisfaction by resolving issues and regular visits.
• Responsible for inventory management and all related billing processes.
• Driving safety culture and processes within the branch
• Should have exposure of team management and guide them to deliver desired business outcomes.
• Focus on their development and growth in the organization.
• Effective utilization of Talent Management and Succession Planning
• Responsible for end to end branch operations including receivables, facilities maintenance etc

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in industrial products, Engine related Auto-parts, genset sales, 2S Automotive or aftermarket service industry will be preferred.
• Should have experience in Team leading position.
• Basic Technical, Product and commercial knowledge
• Leadership skills to drive performance amongst all branch employees across functions.
• Customer centricity Should be able to handle customers and ensure highest levels of satisfaction
• Good Written & Verbal Communication
• Multi-tasking and effective delegation skills
