Patient Communication:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and clinic services.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on treatments, or provide additional information as needed.
  • Provide compassionate and clear communication to address patient concerns or questions.

Appointment Management:

  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using the clinic s management system.
  • Ensure appointments are booked accurately and efficiently to optimize clinic schedules.
  • Send reminders and follow-up messages regarding upcoming or missed appointments.

Patient Experience:

  • Deliver a positive patient experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle challenging situations or escalations with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.

Collaboration with the Clinic Team:

  • Communicate important patient information to the clinic s on-site staff.
  • Coordinate with orthodontists and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Job Requirements Patient Care Specialist

What You Need to Succeed as a Patient Care Specialist in Pristina, Kosovo:

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems or call management tools is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German (B2-C1 level).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
