Quality Analyst- Chat "Domestic process"

Graduate (from any educational field under 10+2+3 format).Exceptional candidates can be considered at UG level with prior consent of Company

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate and / or audits a sampling of Email/Chat
• Meet departmental productivity requirements (e.g. number of Chat/email monitored per month, etc.) and reports results of evaluations to appropriate Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Delivery Team, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners)
• QA role (Yellow Belt certified)
• Participate in calibration sessions/Quality staff, Delivery, and clients to ensure scoring consistency and best practices
• Participate in internal quality audits
• Maintain strong program knowledge base; basic understanding of client products, services and/or program strategies

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a QA role (Yellow Belt certified) for premium Chat Program
• .Good Aptitude skills-reasoning, logic and problem solving.
