When comes to promotion , most of the time it's already been pre-selected by the management.It's doesn't matter whether the person do have the process knowledge or not. That's the negative part. I got promoted to RTA as per the company's official website but never handed over to the RTA team when i ask my supervisor about this he said we didn't get any mail and when i ask RTA team they said operation didn't release you when i reached to HR he said let me check and he never replied to me again....Read More

I was working in this company for 11 months. Just one mistake from my side , without any warning letter they kicked me out... It's been more than 50 days they kept hold on my entire April months salary, I couldn't give rent, I got kicked out from the place were I was staying, in this lockdown situation such inhumane action was not acceptable, I'm helpless and without hob, Fusion made my life hell, such a fraud organization to work with....Read More

Manager and team leaders are proper international level idiots , 0 process knowledge,0 iq level, 0 work ethics, 0 in providing feedback, insulting agents at a level that they can commit suicide, threatening calls between work while working from home, creating unnecessary issues to defame people, escalating small issues to make a count of issues to make it up to 3 so they can kick anyone out of the job....Read More

There's nothing that I liked about this company

Maybe everything because from company's AM to DM HR and also TL's behaviour was horrible.they give you pressures on you for your work but they didn't pay actually money when it's come to the salary part.that is the most important and only reason for job to get my salary on time properly but they don't provide that.
