I dont know about other departments, but sadly and unfortunately in my department there is favratism and manipulation. I knw these things are everywhere but sometimes ppl hold on to personal things than professional. One more thing. There should be law for hiring EM or PM of the projects. Without any certification and prior experience people do these roles and then everything collapses along with rapo and relationships. Whoever read this or go through this. Save yourself from people like this. Not only this company but also others. AND DO NOT TOLERWTE PRESSURE. Here i have been asked to do the things such as go and talk to ur lead (for no reason. I. e.. If i am good in his or her eyes then my performance will be good.) Without any valid reasons i have been kept in a PIP process so i lost my appriasal for one whole year. What was the reason? That i have not completed the mandatory trainings. When i asked EM to re consider, that EM alredady gave approval to HR. So this is what happening. Also one point this one is so scary. I did the review of PIP for one of my collegs so at that time i was brillient. Next year my EM tells me that now i am in PIP. And she says that now go and learn from the person (to whom i gave trainings in past and for whom i was involved with pip process review) Is this relevant? Asking senior to go and learn from junior is not that bad thing. But see here the intension is to crush my confidence level. At which they miserabley failed😅. But be alert. I am looking for good opportunity to leave with goodwill atleast. Because its on me again. People like these survive on the basis of lies and make it until u fake it statements. So be alert! Dont't Joinnnnnnnn....In my entire career I have joined this 3rd class company. No management. Same level guy is on management and so much politics. also Package can be seen by managers due to that so much politics and not good for career growth.

Specially in India Fujitsu management is very poor. They don't know how to evaluate a good employee. They don't value your skills and don't pay according to our skills. Even they threaten us to demotion if we protest those things even after being best employee in the team. Even they encourage us to resign if we are not satisfied with our compensation. The HR system. The appraisal process. You can be a very good performer but still get does not meet requirement rating. The rating is given by employee manager but you work for project manager. Some cases they do blunders.

Shared services model introduced in Fujitsu is pathetic. You are loaded with work and have to extend your shift to complete your tasks as you are working for 2-3 or sometimes more projects at the same time. Work life balance is very bad.
