Job Description
- Graduate with Computer science and should have advance experience in below techniques
- Experience with Chat AI: Design, develop, and implement strategies that leverage chat AI technology in customer service, internal knowledge base, and marketing
- This includes optimizing workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and troubleshooting issues
- Its important to stay abreast of the latest chat AI advances
- Work experience with chat AI platforms such as Dialog flow and Amazon Lex is required
- Experience in intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialog management is even better
- Project Management (Miro and Asana):Use Miro and Asana to manage projects from start to completion
- This includes creating project plans, timelines and documentation, tracking progress and identifying obstacles, facilitating team collaboration and reporting project status to stakeholders
- You should demonstrate proficiency in using Miro and Asana for project management, including task assignment, progress tracking, and reporting
- Event planning and management: Plan and execute events of varying size and complexity
- This includes all aspects from budget and vendor management to onsite coordination and post-event analysis
- Must have a track record of success in event planning and management, including experience in budgeting, vendor negotiations, and logistics
- Communication and collaboration: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders (Clients, colleagues, and vendors) through various channels (Written reports, presentations, emails, and verbal communication)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport are essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
