Script creation (data recovery for many users) Participate in Post Mortems. Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and help define improvements. (N/A in TSG) Work on prioritized production bug remediation for hotfix patches or planned maintenance releases. Provide hotfix patches or planned maintenance releases to Lv2.Application Development, Develop, and maintain cloud applications and services using Azure technologies and C Sharp. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure applications and services. Proficiency in Programming: Experience with programming language C Sharp. Azure Services Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various Azure services and tools, including Azure Functions, Service Fabric, Azure App Services, and Azure SQL Database. DevOps Experience: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps, for CI/CD pipeline implementation. Database Management: Experience with database technologies, including SQL Server and Cosmos DB.APIs and Microservices, Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues.
