Job Description
- 7-11 years of experience (overall) in Software Quality Assurance field
- Hands on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 20001, at least a working understanding of CMMI SVC 2.0, ISO 14001
- Ensure policies and procedures meets as per quality standards
- Exposure to SQA Consulting and Auditing diversified projects
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification is ideal
- good skills on creation of training assets in MS PowerPoint Strong with process documentation and aesthetics
- Process refinement, Framing Quality KPIs, Identify areas of improvement and Governance & Reporting
- QMS review, Trend Analysis and Corrective actions Self-driven and ability to work independently and interact with project teams
- Very good in written, verbal & non-verbal Communication Skills and good in analytical skills
- Dedicated and responsible individual with a strong commitment to the assigned task
- Support Timing EST Time zone but flexible to have up to 3 hours of overlap at least a few times a week
