To be honest I didn't like anything working at FSL

I would like to take a moment to share some of my concerns regarding my experience working at FSL over the past two years. While I value the opportunity to contribute to the company, there are several areas where I feel significant improvement is needed: 1. Inadequate Compensation and Benefits: The annual appraisal increase of only ₹ 1000-₹1200 is insufficient, especially considering the workload and responsibilities we shoulder. Additionally, the absence of holiday benefits during festivals and the lack of double pay for extra work contribute to a feeling of under appreciation. 2. Job Security: The constant uncertainty regarding job security is a significant concern. The risk of ramp-downs has led to increased stress and a lack of confidence in the long-term stability of my position. 3<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Work-Life Balance: The lack of proper cab facilities and the single-trip provision after 8 PM adds to the challenges, especially when employees are expected to be glued to the system throughout the day with little regard for personal time</mark>. 4. Favoritism and Discrimination: It is disheartening to see instances of partiality and favoritism within the workplace. Furthermore, while the company claims to respect all religions, I have witnessed practices that appear to favor one group over another, which fosters an unhealthy and divided atmosphere. I believe that addressing these issues is crucial not only for improving employee satisfaction but also for fostering a more inclusive and supportive work environment.
