I started my career with etech and worked here for 2.5 years. It was a beautiful experience overall. Teammates, leaders were supportive and guiding all the time and help you become the best. There are days when you do not perform well, but the company won't kick you out. They would spend resources to help you gain confidence and recover. They will help you in improving your skills so that you can perform well. Salary and appraisal depends on your quality of work and experience. It is very exciting, but sometimes it is hectic when you are on 3 chats for the whole day, but that is part of the job and that's what you are getting paid for. More chats, More MONEY

H in HR stands for HORRIBLE. management is poor, politics and internal employees been promoted to different domains even though they started working as BPO and now they are working as engineers lol. Poor quality of HR, colleagues and what not. They are just BPO service and contractors for company name medallia, their hiring process, people involved are either old skool or amateurs. HR especially is discouraging, demotivating and uses tactics for what not. Unclear communication, bad HR management especially Ms Veena Bharadwaj and their team which i personally experienced. No human treatment, just trying to do all tactics possible to demotivate, discourage and humiliate candidates. Management is very bad, quality of employees are below par and too much internal policitics. Old school management with non sense of understanding how to deal and talk to people.

As a fresher, one can start with this ETech BPO, but its not for those who are highly qualified and looking for growth. You can work to get corporate experience. I liked their pick n drop service. They provide good competitive salary to fresh college graduates.

Internal politics are actually killing there brand image. Religious remarks from managers. Under qualified people are sitting on higher position. No promotions and increments after 1 year. If you know how to make your bosses happy then you may get promotions. They can fire you anytime without any warnings. No job security at all. Nowork life balance. I had to leave this company only because of their illiterate management. Companies are not bad, but it's people make it worse. Not every senior manager is bad. I had applied on LinkedIn for customer support.HR saw my resume and scheduled virtual interview since I am from jaipur. Interview couldn't be conducted over the phone so she told me to arrange a laptop. Then I went to ajmer only for their interview. Two days I had been there.Always waiting for their calls. I had manage everything bytheir timings. I had cleared all the rounds and in the end she told me we are gonna put you in sales profile though I didn't have any sales experience so in the final round manager had asked about the sales I only answered what I can. And they had rejected me saying you are not fit for this role. So the conclusion is I already was not fit for this role. Why they had conducted 3 interview? They should have known earlier that I'm not a good fit for sales or how I can be I don't have experience in sales. So this is the worst company and also waste of time for interview. They will take your grammar test, typing test, listening test, sentence formation test,excel test,screening and then manager round. They had wasted my time as well as my money. There is nothing to like about etech... They don't give you appraisal.. even if you are falling for full 11percent slab, i was told that you will not get full 11 pct and only 4 pct increment will be given . Worst management.
