I had applied on LinkedIn for customer support.HR saw my resume and scheduled virtual interview since I am from jaipur. Interview couldn't be conducted over the phone so she told me to arrange a laptop. Then I went to ajmer only for their interview. Two days I had been there.Always waiting for their calls. I had manage everything bytheir timings. I had cleared all the rounds and in the end she told me we are gonna put you in sales profile though I didn't have any sales experience so in the final round manager had asked about the sales I only answered what I can. And they had rejected me saying you are not fit for this role. So the conclusion is I already was not fit for this role. Why they had conducted 3 interview? They should have known earlier that I'm not a good fit for sales or how I can be I don't have experience in sales. So this is the worst company and also waste of time for interview. They will take your grammar test, typing test, listening test, sentence formation test,excel test,screening and then manager round. They had wasted my time as well as my money. Judgement can be there based which not everyone will like. Politics is there but where is it not? Can't think of much reasons to dislike, that is why people stay here for long.

Learning opportunities and work culture. Etech is very lenient organization so they retain majority easily. Good company to work at fresher levels but as you go mid to senior roles better to exit.

Dislikes

Lot of political biases at the topmost level of organization as I have heard. Leadership is selected at the whims of someone sitting at the top level. Lot of preaching happens on servant leadership and career roadmap etc but amongst leadership such things are rare. Below average people have been made directors and managers in India with full support from the US based leaders.

You can reach your superiors without any hesitation, friendly and warm environment which makes you work efficiently and keep you positive all the time. Etech gives the work security to their employees and always be there with them in their good or bad times.

Too much Politics by Senior person, Team Lead and Project Manager. They are not doing any work and they are forcing to us for doing work on Weekend as well as working days. there contributions are 0. there was no any team work policy.

There is nothing to like about etech... They don't give you appraisal.. even if you are falling for full 11percent slab, i was told that you will not get full 11 pct and only 4 pct increment will be given . Worst management.
