The company culture i.e. no Sir/Mam concept developing a sense of brotherhood. Proper restroom facilities Comfortable sitting arrangements (Chair)🪑 Helpful environment, everybody helps each other solving doubts/ concerns. Improper shift rotation after month change (For ex. Current month shift: 8.30 pm to 5.30 am.... Coming month shift can be 6.30 am to 3.30 pm) This broad change effects health unnaturally & terribly. [Gastric disorders, Insomnia, Oversleep, etc etc] 2 to 4 hours shift time change can be adjusted by body (Look into this differently rather than only on basis of Client Requirements) On top of that reporting to work next day itself. [Atleast Weekoff should be provided at end of month or start of coming month if there's a great difference in shift timing for coming month.] Dissatisfied 😒 Interal Program dates not being send on what's group and just posted at company's board at Groundfloor. Servant Leadership model which enables the team member to actively contribute towards campaigns' success. Open forum for ideas which is currently underutilized by the team members to proactively provide feedback and suggestions which are handled within specific timeline.

Every company has areas of opportunities and Etech is no different. Operating a business with complete ownership for a company like Etech would need a strong leadership team in all functional areas who can agree to disagree and show collective accountability. Etech specifically needs to focus on the employee satisfaction and a collective effort is needed to engage the members in extra curricular activities which will definitely help the company to make remarkable difference for our customers, our team and our community....Read More

Learning opportunities and work culture. Etech is very lenient organization so they retain majority easily. Good company to work at fresher levels but as you go mid to senior roles better to exit.

Dislikes

Lot of political biases at the topmost level of organization as I have heard. Leadership is selected at the whims of someone sitting at the top level. Lot of preaching happens on servant leadership and career roadmap etc but amongst leadership such things are rare. Below average people have been made directors and managers in India with full support from the US based leaders.

For me its a best experience at etech. Its my first job in US process. Here is like we have cab facilities, too many things we have we can not describe in words. And we have days like if i talk about days we celebrate traditional day and black day white day on that day have to wear black and white. I like like this work culture at etech global services.

The environment and people are amazing, I do enjoy working at there and I love being there. My team leader is the best and he supports me and if we have done some good work, we do get appreciated for that.

Dislikes

Somewhere we are not able to balance the work life as shift changes monthly and we have to adapt new shift monthly which gets difficult for us.

Some of the traits that help us like Etech Global Services are amazing leaders, positive work culture, process-oriented system and work life balance initiatives including R&R activities, CSR, multiple activities and fun.

Dislikes

The only thing that can be considered as bummer will be as everything is process oriented sometimes very rarely we will have to depend on many people for our work.

There is no growth. It is good for freshers looking to get a first hand experience of working in corporate world only for a year. After that you need to move on or else you stagnate.

Dislikes

Working odd hours. No indian holiday. No good appraisals. No job satisfaction. It is only for people who don't find jobs elsewhere.
