Internal politics are actually killing there brand image. Religious remarks from managers. Under qualified people are sitting on higher position. No promotions and increments after 1 year. If you know how to make your bosses happy then you may get promotions. They can fire you anytime without any warnings. No job security at all. No work life balance. I had to leave this company only because of their illiterate management. Companies are not bad, but it's people make it worse. Not every senior manager is bad. There are few good old people who are very supporting. But you need to make good bond and connect with them.

Work life balance worst, I agree salary and insensitive looks good when salary is credited but money is not worth sacrificing you work life balance

...cover. They will help you in improving your skills so that you can perform well. Salary and appraisal depends on your quality of work and experience. There is politics in every organisation, but it is not a big deal. Amazing work environment, work while enjoying your favourite music.

Here only worst thing is that company not provide good compensation and salary is average compare to work. Transportation is average level.

Despite working for 11 continues months compensation was very less. growth almost stagnant and felt politics at times. There was no exit interview.... just been used and thrown out.. just like tissue-paper....Another MNC or East India Company
