The company culture i.e. no Sir/Mam concept developing a sense of brotherhood. Proper restroom facilities Comfortable sitting arrangements (Chair)🪑 Helpful environment, everybody helps each other solving doubts/ concerns. English Culture, however this get's evaporated as time passed especially within same Designation. Improper shift rotation after month change (For ex. Current month shift: 8.30 pm to 5.30 am.... Coming month shift can be 6.30 am to 3.30 pm) This broad change effects health unnaturally & terribly. [Gastric disorders, Insomnia, Oversleep, etc etc] 2 to 4 hours shift time change can be adjusted by body (Look into this differently rather than only on basis of Client Requirements) On top of that reporting to work next day itself. [Atleast Weekoff should be provided at end of month or start of coming month if there's a great difference in shift timing for coming month.] Dissatisfied 😒 Interal Program dates not being send on what's group and just posted at company's board at Groundfloor. Good if you have no college degree.

Dislikes

Horrible night shifts, full chat loads and zero benefits if you are under probation. Probation is for 6 months. And do not go with policy as people resign/abscond faster they change their notice period according to their convenient. As probation was to be 15 days but they made many people serve 60 days.

Good working environment. Supervisor and other team members are very supportive. Also we have flexibility to take weekoff on any days and can change shift time in case of emergency. We can have maximum leave as well.
