You will get a good working culture there with no barrier between senior or junior. Good payment since good incentive plans are there.

I think dislike will be too strong word here, however what I do not much appreciate is that if we have any issue and if we try to escalate this, we do not get to know what is the finding of that escalation and that’s create a bubble in employee mind thinking management didn’t do anything about it.
