Its just terrible. The website is full of work life balance stuff but be assured there is no such thing. Plus ZERO growth. Management is full of gujrati people so full of politics.

I had 5 - 6 days left in my notice period and i was terminated because i have friends. Lol

You will have to talk to frustrated customers for 8 hours and got to have 80% csat by the end of thr month or you loose all the incentives

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
