You can reach your superiors without any hesitation, friendly and warm environment which makes you work efficiently and keep you positive all the time. Etech gives the work security to their employees and always be there with them in their good or bad times.

Dislikes

When you start enjoying your work, you don’t find any faults and work dedicatedly.

Really didn't liked anything about the working culture of Etech

Dislikes

There attitude towards employees in pandemic.. Firstly I had to go through lot of issues when I wanted to come back to my home town.. secondly they are giving so much mental pressure regarding performance..
