The pool of Senior Managers is pathetic. They work like autocratic leaders and don't even review any of the deliverables and then they become representatives of your work. Don't bring any value addition to work and just believe in sycophancy. They are promoted and have maintained the status quo because of leveraging this approach. They are not involved in the work you do and ultimately don't know how to represent your lead. They are solely the hindrances or obstacles in your career growth. They ask seniors not to work and waste most of their time in doing 2-3 hours long lunches, coffee and tea chats and then evening snacking. Then they go home and one working under them have to go back and work. Inspite of all this they misrepresent your lead discussion.
