Nothing good. Just the name everyone can recognise

Dislikes

There cost cut plan. No cabs for day time. Heavy target for agents. No concern on work life balance. Asking to login on weekends without any OT. workstation are too congested. No personal request are addressed from management. No proper training or time to learn the process(except few American projects).

Learning is really good Many courses are provided related to AI and ML. They are also free learning in udemy

1) they give more importance to client than the employees 2) they are not transparent about your job role and responsibility 3) no monthly catch up till date to track the performance

EY is a great place to work. I feel work life balance is good here but depends on project to project. There are a lot of scope for career growth. Compensation and increment are good compared to other service based company but it depends on an individual and company performance.

Nothing to like. The only reason people stay here is either location is suitable like Kolkata. Or they are part of the lobby where they are defended.

Work till night 4. Manager thinks he is the boss. Petty escalations for no reasons. No HR Escalations actually work. During notice period, if there is dependencies on you, your life will be hell. Deadlines are kept in such a way, that weekends working are must. Never ever join EY India's Tech Consulting.

The opportunity to learn and upskill on continuus basis is quite good.

Dislikes

Over the past few years the cultral and the employee expirence that EY was known for has gone down dramatically. No leaders have done anything to address the lack of belongingness the firm. I personally lack motivation to work.

People are not at all cooperative. They expect you to know everything and they won’t teach you anything. Works hours can go upto 12 hrs a day. They do time keeping and activity keeping both

People are willing to collaborate on multiple assignments. Salary and bonus are good but health insurance could be wayy better.

Dislikes

Only profit matters, they’ll make you work till you beg for death. Work life balance doesn’t exist in their dictionary. No clear path forward to higher roles.
