I had a great time at EY. I was surrounded by very hard working people who set very high standards and very good example. The Leadership under whom I work was very supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

The demands of work is high and pace of work is quite fast. Even though I enjoyed it. But it may not be for everyone

Good from L&D opportunities. Offers courses, etc.

Dislikes

Extremely poor culture. Company don't give appraisal letters to some employees and states that it's a glitch from their end. Higher management incapable to bring clients or engage consultants and then forces resignation. Bootlickers in close circle with partners and directors gets promotions and benefits snatching all benefits from silent performers.

Learning is really good Many courses are provided related to AI and ML. They are also free learning in udemy

Dislikes

1) they give more importance to client than the employees 2) they are not transparent about your job role and responsibility 3) no monthly catch up till date to track the performance

Have strong HR policies, No bench concept, secured job even if no project for more than 6months

Toxic environment, people are desperate for the engagements , you will not be assigned to a project based on your skills , dont expect assertiveness while working with client because all the leaders doesn't even care about a thing on what’s happening, all they care is the engagement. So that kind of environment kills ur confidence.

No Job security EY Completely depending on DELL Client , Every year Dell have Layoffs ( Only EY people loosing their jobs not Permanent Dell employees ) Once you come to bench , there will be no projects ready, even if you wait for months you wont get single call , some fake microsoft client calls they will schedule and they will start asking you indirect resignation in starting ,later on they will force you to resign. Variable pay is biggest Joke , i completed 2 years not even single rupee i got for 2 years . Note- My performance is too good , feedback from client , dell management/managers wants their permanent emp so they will release you , no matter how good you are My Sincere advice to people who are looking for jobs , please dont join in EY if they tell client is DELL ,just say No otherwise you should ready to face consequences as like me and many of us ....Read More
