• Knowledge in the review of statutory and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) income tax provisions
• Knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures (e.g. DRD, OID, Intercompany Deferrals, Corporate Actions, etc.)
• Basic experience with corporate taxation, consolidations and a solid knowledge of ASC 740, Form 1120PC, Form 1120L.
• Income tax support for income tax experience for Insurance companies as well as C Corporations
• Basic Experience in applying the IRS rules regarding Investment, Market discount, OID Premium and loss reserve.

We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)

•  Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance
• At least 3 to 7 years of work experience in 1120, 1120 PC or 1120 L
