Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in reviewing and preparing 1065,1120,1120s tax returns, along with expertise in client onboarding, handling raw data, and managing initial-year setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare tax returns (1065 & 1120 & 1120S) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in client onboarding, ensuring smooth data transition and initial-year setup.
• Analyze and handle raw financial data to ensure compliance and accuracy in tax reporting.
• Utilize UltraTax and CCH Axcess for tax preparation and review processes is an added advantage.
• Provide guidance and support to tax associates and junior staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve tax-related queries and concerns.
• Assist with simple business return preparation as needed.
• Stay updated with current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or EA certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in tax preparation and review.
• Strong knowledge of UltraTax and CCH Access is an advantage.
• Experience in handling raw financial data and client onboarding.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
