I have never seen such a organisation where there is no culture. People is using slang language on the floor and even manager is saying she is not able to manage the team. Working hours is 15 hours in a day that's why pune girl died.

Dislikes

Nothing to like. Shame on this company for making such a pathetic environment.

Extremely toxic, full of politics, no check and balance for the seniors, they tend to exploit you. And if you stand up against them management will pretend to be supportive but at the end of the day they would want to retain their senior person no matter how bad they are.

learnings in process trainings and culture where we appreciate security guards and house keeping staffs . working stations are really good . Yearly outings /refreshments are appreciable .

The senior management with no emotions and care towards your personal requirements are too bad . Unjustified work-life and terrible asks with limited timeline . less resource - 24*7 work --no adequate time for rest is horrible . I have broken/ill treated my spine due to this

Its all about team we are in EY. My team is overall good. Yet company culture is poor which gets inherited. Being consultant flexible working hours, hybrid mode again these depend on clients.

Poor salary, does not match with industry poor appraisal too, despite huge profits they don't pass on benefit to employees no outside salary benefits in the name of well being, they arrange virtual yoga, doctor counselling no gifts, or merchandises' which is basic thing earlier organization used to conduct parties and offsite, that is too curbed to cheap places once a year. Politics and flattery will get you promotions. Hard work and results will result in 6-9% increment yearly and bonus just like everyone else. Average. Despite working in good revenue generating SL if you have a bad hierarchy to report in then nothing good will ever come out of it.

The toxic culture at EY, and the expectation that people should be available to work at any time of 24hours and 7 days a week. The unnecessary work pressure created because of lack of planning of the management.

Company provide good training academically ,Lots of good stuff to do the work with very low effective application methods by the employees..Good office building and champagne parties throw by the partners.

Dislikes

Hierarchical failure due to bad leadership, Silent toxicity, biased top managers and poor quality of work ethics. Referral recruitment are heavenly done on relatives and caste system . Misusing money on unnecessary lavish parties , only survival is to make a group which they call team. Govt. should take close look on these companies (big 4)
