Good opportunity to explore and scale up your skills got opportunity to directly work with the onshore team and pays a average salary.

Dislikes

Pathetic culture there is no work life balance so much work pressure they push you to meet the unrealistic deadlines even in busy season you have to work minimum 11-12 hrs,there is no overtime pay and on the contrary in normal days there is no fixed logout timing, so much internal politics going on within the firm.

One single word, just because it's Big four, don't fall in the trap, unless you have no family and no life of your own. Everything depends on your partner and director who decide which policy will be applicable. EY policy or HR are useless and nothing else matters, work culture, work life balance 😔 forget it. Long office hours proves your productivity not that how fast or proficiency you can do your job. The management is not at all supportive. The expectation of the managers and assistant manager are unrealistic. They start pin pointing your silly mistakes There expectations is that employee should work for 12 hours a day Should take minimum leave, should inform one month prior before taking leaves lots of micro management Very bad work culture
