Poor management, no work life balance, no hikes , no promotions , they give hikes but only 4% and I totally agree why people are ignoring big 4 companies they always put lot of pressure on employees and assign multiple projects at a time and ask us to manage internal projects.. worst in everything

It's has opportunities only if the management wishes to see someone grow

Dislikes

Idk about other teams but I don't feel the management fostered my growth. Creating situations for failure, holding back information to later attack is very common in corporate ladder and it depends what people we meet in our path. Mine wasn't a fulfilling experience
