3 Years back EY GDS work Culture was excellent-Innovative, Inclusive

Earlier Work Culture was good but now it has many Leader with Factory Manager mindset, Regional Bias, Left ideology Many Burqas you will see in Offices Personal preferences in promotion HR is not independent they are compromised

No Job security EY Completely depending on DELL Client , Every year Dell have Layoffs ( Only EY people loosing their jobs not Permanent Dell employees ) Once you come to bench , there will be no projects ready, even if you wait for months you wont get single call , some fake microsoft client calls they will schedule and they will start asking you indirect resignation in starting ,later on they will force you to resign. Variable pay is biggest Joke , i completed 2 years not even single rupee i got for 2 years <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Teams are too political and biased based on regions. Work and appraisal only happen based on regional politics. Teams like business consulting don’t have better performance review mechanisms.

There is no added perks or benefits for working in EY. No bonuses, No gifts in New Year Or Diwali, It feels sad seeing other big4's and tech companies providing gift hampers on New Year but you don't receive anything. Work culture is not so great. Even after an excellent performance, your promotion depends on your manager's likes and dislikes. I don't know about now, as I quit this job 10 years back. The reason I quit the job was my promotion, which I did not get even after being a honest, loyal and excellent performer.
