EY is an awesome organization to work with. Probably the best learning program any MNC offers, transparent, fair compensation, good work life balance if you deliver and work to plan. Drawbacks do exist from human perspective. However as an organisation, EY is indeed one of the best.

Dislikes

Practically speaking its a partner driven business. Irrespective of the company policy and benchmark, what partner and senior team thinks and wants is enforced. Its not bad however, this leads to favorism and conflicts sometimes. At that point it starts hampering growth.

Work Life Balance and Compensation are good in Advisory division

Dislikes

Advisory has restricted options in terms of technology due to legal complications. Hence breadth of technology is lesser than other IT Services Organizations. Opportunities for various types of experience is limited.

...ing one could ask for. Colleagues are very friendly, helpful and highly skilled. Need not worry about the salary as EY pays the best in the market.

Dislikes

No work lif balance, politics and unrealistic deadline. The employees don't get personal time to be spent with family.

Brand name, year end bonus, amiable and collaborative peers and seniors

Dislikes

Client culture takes over company culture, appraisals, poor feedback provision, work opportunities heavily dependant on clients and projects conversion

1. No proper or timely feedback 2. No sync in between Bonus amount and feedback given 3. Lot of favouritism 4. Good work means more work but not good raise or bonus. 5. Office location. You're in mid of an factory area whereas all other big4 were in decent cyberhub. 6. Notice period. 3months is too much. Whan I joined it was 2 months later they increase it to 3 months by changing their policy. It is not like you were aware of it at the time of joining. 7. Poor employee benefit policies.
