Want to switch to MNC...need help

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Concentrix Vizag!! Literally the best company I have ever worked, I worked here for 2.7 years and got a new opportunity so moved to other. There is complete job security as there are multiple process available, if a business gets shutdown you will be given chance to other process( unless your performance is low, you probably get terminated based on poor performance. The Hr department is awesome, you get instant help whenever you required , you got ample number of opportunities to increase your skills via Concentrix learning. Every quarter you get a dj party or events are common in concentrix. Well there are some process in which you can enjoy as freebies whereas some process are too tough to work....Read More
