1)Boring routine, no fun activities are arranged for employees. 2) Hectic 10:00 hrs shift. 3) It takes ages for one to be promoted. If at all one does, then it would take months for the results to be out. 4) This notion that this company is Employee Centric is totally wrong. The just hire people on cheap packages, and then would make them work like labourers. 6) Good no. of people were fired overnight, just because their packages were high. They just can't afford good employees. 5) I'm not aware about other sites, but CNX chandigarh site's management is running at it's worst. Leadership is so bostfull, that they would make everyone possible effort to supress you. 6) If you're ready to work to put a stop to your progress, then this is the best place to work....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
