No promotions l, if you cleared your IJP’s they will not release you until they want.. Dirty politics in management. Management is the biggest problem because they are not willing to handle big projects l even after the performance is Up To mark.

I only liked that concentrix is an organization where we can build our carrier in a bright prospective. Rest, there are many compalints which have not been reaolving by the management after taking so long. Being an exeuctive in concentrix I have been chasing to my compaints with my TL and she also haven't received any update on this.

Concentrix is a reputed company where all the peoples are wanted to work however, as working with it is feeling like company couldn't treat their agents or workers like workers. All the reputed companies have given the access of outlook and teams to their agents but concentrix as being a reputed company can't fulfill this tlfor their agents. I don't know the reason.
