Pay scale is decent but now they have started bell curves. Its a big organization hence there are parallel and vertical opportunities. Pickup and drop facility available WFH available in COVID times

Dislikes

9.5hrs shift out of which 0.5hr lunch brk is logout brk. Audit report sees only 9hrs shift. Only 1hr of total brk in 9.5 hr shift. Cant even think of exceeding brk for 1-2 mins. Work pressure is on its peak. We don't have sick leave. You have you inform 1 month prior even if you are gonna fall sick. Incentives are average. Most of the shifts are night shifts

Transport service is that only thing due to which this company is surviving, or else no one would work here.

They provide you with a little more salary than other organization but do not fall for that because that is the only thing that is good but as you become experienced like more than 2 years , your salary would be same as that when u were hired. I have been working here for nearly 3 years and this company just doesn't give its employees any increment at all. They fool us by giving us one time payment(bulk amount at the end of a year/no increase in the CTC) so that they can save some money for them self....Read More
