I DIDN'T like the company .Neither the company HR recruitment policy for least.

I went for the interview with concentrix b.p.o. ,thane mumbai for the role of technical support engineer.I was briefed by the some consultancy about the rounds I have to go through. There were 3 rounds HR,Ops, versant.I successfully cleared all rounds of interview and was finally been told that I will be shared the offer letter by the company asap.I was happy that I got selected by the concentrix b.p.o. mnc and left home.But then the real problem started.I got the call next day morning that I need to take one more assessment asap so that hr can release the offer letter.I was surprised because the HR told me other day that the offer letter will be released and I am a part of company.I was unhappy with this call but then suddenly when hr called me back to back and insisted me to take assessment asap as hr have to release offer letter same day.So I said that I will complete test to Hr and started doing test on my mobile phone finally finished the test.I then called Hr and informed that I finished this assessment as requested by company.I was then again started waiting for my offer letter from concentrix.Later 3 days passed back to back but didn't get any call from Hr of concentrix.mumbai.I was then unhappy with the company's attitude and decided to call Hr.Surprisingly Hr didn't even pick my call .I called them to know why my offer letter was not released till as promised by Hr team of concentrix,mumbai.But no one responded.Finally I called consultancy and they told me that my employee I'd was already generated before my joining , as I have already worked with the concentrix,mumbai earlier.I was surprised because never worked for concentrix mumbai earlier ,however I did give interviews with the company 4 years ago and did attent induction for 5-7 days only earlier ,but beyond that , never went to training nor worked for months successively with concentrix,mumbai.I told the same to consultancy I attended interview but they never accepted and instead insisted ....Read More

My word of advice to new joiners in concentrix,mumbai is that never join this company if you are serious about Career and life .They will spoil your joining without even your knoweledge and terminate your employement all of sudden shamelessly.After all there are many more other better companies to work for .Don't waste your time andmoney joining concentrixBpo,mumbai.The company never releases offer letter as promised and never maintains its word.Instead they find the ways to not give you the joining as promised.They reject your joining suddenly without any prior confimation.I have total of 10 +years of experience in various industries but never came across such an situation before in my entire professional career.
