Training is best in convergys

Teammates don't have cooperation with each others , training is best in convergys where you feel company provides employee satisfaction But when you come in production face life is only work loads ample of overtime is there but even after doing overtime you miss on payment of overtime in salary slip There is no agent satisfaction ,no function celebration only work and shift timings is not fixed as in a week shift change any point of time There is most importantly no job security The transportation is horrible experience they come to pickup 2hrs before your working time and drop after 1hr of your log in out So never ever to convergys aur concentrix...Read More
