The only thing I like about Cognizant is they take lots of skill development and learning programs.

Dislikes

I was in CTS for 2 years. There are no projects. They put you on bench and even if you apply for project, they will ask for the experience which you do not have. And one they will ask you for resignation, these is the worst thing in cognizant, like if you do not have any project then why are hiring so many employees giving them false hope.
