The work pressure is too high and floor manager always yell at you infront of everyone ..also they do not give breaks at our will ..and there are soo many negative things about this company ..

TL AND 1 manager because on my last working day they will tell me if you will not revoke your resign then we will do the ZTP and they pick rendom girl and tell her you can take his name in ZTP and we will not force to revoke you resign.

Honestly speaking I did not like anything about Cogent E Services. The work life balance is literally horrendously disgusting honestly. The Managers will call you to work even on week offs and will tell that you will be paid more if you come on week offs but later you won’t be paid anything extra. The DGM Ravinder was the most cruelperson I have ever seen in my life. He used to treat the employees really bad and used to shout at everybody. Hence, the work environment and work culture was poor. Cogent is the worst company I've ever seen. No motivating work culture. Senior managers keep abusing their juniors in front of every one on the floor, junior managers do the same with thier under working and same with things ends up with executive who is only to listen and face consequences in terms of salary deductions, un-timed week offs , no leaves when u in need, marking half days without any cause etc. First cogent say they are hiring you for inbound voice calls, then during training they will start saying that you have to do up-sale the products also and after training they will give you targets of sale. And if you hit the target some how,their eyes is on finding a minor single mistake in order to deduct money. Hence horrible company. No mental/professional satisfaction here. Very toxic work culture. Even on your off day they would ask you to punch in n out, even if you have a medical emergency they will ask you to be present at office, managers & TL hold grudges when you’re not able do extra duty hours & they will cancel all your bonuses & even cut your salary in the name short log in hours.
