Cogent policy and the way off talks and the process controller are totally talk with disrespect like you are nothing and they will give pressure to work because of the policy you cannot even deny that you are not comfortable and your skill are not on that target. Cogent company is a BPO company and it is a very good company, promotions happen very quickly in it, due to which you can also develop your career.

Dislikes

This company is not like that because the security here is very strict and restrictions are imposed for everything and the security guards also stop you a lot and cut your salary too.

They don’t give break on time they don’t provide our own paid leave whenever we want they don’t give any appraisal they want we to do work on festival but they don’t pay extra nor they provide any gifts to us and after 1.5 years also they don’t provide any internal promotion.

Working with cogent for past 8 months and prior to rhis arrangement worked with them for 4 months still they did not provide benefits they promised 3 years ago. They started PF facility past month.

Dislikes

They don't have any work life balance want to achieve target and they will ask for the justification for the leave and afterwards they do not marked as leave or consider as one. It will be deducted fro your salary. Not hygienic we get one toilet paper roll per day (Not per employee) and when asked to housekeeping staff the reason they say as per management they are working.

There were so many cultures and religioner person jobed but everyone live like family that's why I like there culture. When I was joined cogent then I was like so nervous hasitating nature but now I'm very confident. They were built and gained my skills.

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptionalskills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. Honestly speaking I did not like anything about Cogent E Services. The work life balance is literally horrendously disgusting honestly. The Managers will call you to work even on week offs and will tell that you will be paid more if you come on week offs but later you won’t be paid anything extra. The DGM Ravinder was the most cruelperson I have ever seen in my life. He used to treat the employees really bad and used to shout at everybody. Hence, the work environment and work culture was poor.
