this people just terminate the good employees if they raise a voice against them. this is the worst company I have ever worked with. i still work here. but trust me they do not know how to manage everything properly.

First of all at the time of interview hr will tell you there is no sales pressure but in floor they will continuously harass agents for selling and calls agents to work on weekoffs also

Company should have mimumm managing skills with agents and process ..there is not benifits from company and poor managing skills .bad experience with the company no holidays even on week off they used to call to do login.no freedom even for breaks.no commication between agents

Cogent policy and the way off talks and the process controller are totally talk with disrespect like you are nothing and they will give pressure to work because of the policy you cannot even deny that you are not comfortable and your skill are not on that target. TL AND 1 manager because on my last working day they will tell me if you will not revoke your resign then we will do the ZTP and they pick rendom girl and tell her you can take his name in ZTP and we will not force to revoke you resign.

What i like about cogent is that i meet some new people, and i had a great experience of my life with them.

Dislikes

There is nothing about cogent which is like rather than i meet some people who became a family for me. If we are talking about work culture, which is very poor, no promotion. Facilities are no pf, no job security, joining date will be post training if you successfully completed the training.

There were so many cultures and religioner person jobed but everyone live like family that's why I like there culture. When I was joined cogent then I was like so nervous hasitating nature but now I'm very confident. They were built and gained my skills.

There are a lot of stress created with one another everyone is pressured on everyone. I don't like there working process.

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptionalskills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. Honestly speaking I did not like anything about Cogent E Services. The work life balance is literally horrendously disgusting honestly. The Managers will call you to work even on week offs and will tell that you will be paid more if you come on week offs but later you won’t be paid anything extra. The DGM Ravinder was the most cruelperson I have ever seen in my life. He used to treat the employees really bad and used to shout at everybody. Hence, the work environment and work culture was poor. It depends on for whom you're working. A few bosses are the best. The CEO, COO are great. Narender Kumar is one of the best bosses you can ask for. While the VP is great at his own level yet misses out a few things while being a little too egoistic Good promotions.
