9 hours in office.

Dislikes

High pressure work, 9 hours in office in which 8 hours are login hours and just one hour break you get. Unprofessional managers . Even weekly holiday is not your choice.

Payment is good for freshers. They hire anyone who can speak well even undergraduate.... No documents verification so if you want to earn fast n easy come here.... Walkin goes on Monday to Friday.... Work culture is good if you keep minimum interaction with people, just focus on work and just give 8hr login and 9hr staffing.... You will get leaves also but ask beforehand

You get tired because call flow is a lot... Don't get involved with people much as they might use you to get more work... Little partiality and lots of show off is there so do your work and just keep it professional with everyone.... They are colleagues not your friends

Work is good as per process. I was in Kent RO where call flow was a lot so it was tiring.... But process like Zomato had very good perks

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
