Capita takes process from other companies, which is laid off by other companies such as Gallagher, Mercer, AIG because their employees can't handle that process for worklife balance. Usually with less TAT for. Example: 4 days TAT. You get work assigned by 2nd or 3rd day. It will go in QC and return on 4th day. You have to be logged in even if it comes at 12 am. Capita takes it as a challenge stressing their employees out to get the work done. If you stay far they will add compulsion to come to office and login back after shift going home as well. Not Employee centric work should be done even after shift ends have to log in without OT. Employee leaving far have to come office and have to stretch after reaching home. No default rating given after 1 Yr with reason you are not yet eligible even after clearing training after short span for incident and errors, Employee is in center surrounded by QC team, TL, Manager, QC operation manager and torture begins, even after explaining reason torture continues with qn why. Most IMPORTANT: Work is critical and payment should be atleast 45,000 per month. Then only join, because this company takes left-out work from other companies who doesn't want to keep that process because their employees find it difficult or their employees are unhappy with that process. Management. wrong people in management who don't have any clue how be professional, half of the staff do smoke up outside office which absolutely no one cares about. Late night shifts are worst as an female employee. No care for female employee and cannot talk to anyone in management, female manager shaniya and pooja were toxic andthey had no professionalism in them and no one was comfortable at all speaking to them about any problems as they would just make it worse. Management suddenly decides to cancel yearly appraisal and bonuses for all companies across India. Rest all companies outside India get their appraisal and bonus as normal. Growth is very limited. Again reason being they will have to increase the salary and the company does not have the budget for it so they rather make work as a manager without making u one.

No fix timings , your shift can change thrice in a week . No knowledge about the process . They want you you to do sales even you are trained on customer service , if you performed they have no idea about incentive and if not then you are on PIP, favouritism . You won't get your salary after 45 days you get it after 60 days . Laziness in doing things which employee oriented things . Appraisal is an expectation. I wont suggest anyone to work here there is no job security and no compensation when process is ramping down on top of that they will ask you to work for them another 2 months just to get your relieving and experience certificates.

Worst place to work. Even though you work hard or play smart, management will only recognise or give the offer to it's chosen one (corporate chamcha). An employee completes 5 years and don't give a career growth to the deserving one. At time of induction, this company said, they do inhouse transfer of employees for career growth when candidate has the relevant studies done with certificate handy and when the employee finishes the studies and try to apply for the position, these people don't hire them internally but rather hire candidates from outside.
