No growth, doesn't even bother to update you on the organizational changes. Favoritism by the management which is frustrating and full of false promises.

The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am part of a team has global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially UK. On-site travel was fun with responsibility to complete the project. Good work life balance. Great learning opportunities.
