Good for people who want to have a govt type job, just sit back and relax in pennies

Dislikes

No hike, no appraisal, policies are mended by the managers as per convenience and HRs don't do anything.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
