I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.
For Fresher they have special bond in offer letter of 2 lacs if someone leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. The work timing are so flexible, atleast in my project. The client side technical team are so supportive and encourages to learn new technologies and gives a chance to implement in the project.
They ask us to come to office 3 days a week but you cannot visit the nearest office though you don't have a team to collaborate in the specified location they ask you to visit that office which is not even necessary atleast to complete the 3 days/week policy they can allow us to visit the nearest office.
