I don’t see anything likeable in the organisation.

Dislikes

First of all and most important is Appraisal which is not at all employee benefits. They never inform that if you are eligible for increment. So, I would suggest everyone whoever is trying to join CG please be aware about all this and for your own growth, don’t try to join here.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Just a word to all the MBA HR freshers eager to join this company, STAY AWAY if you don't want your life to be ruined. This company will drain you out of your energy and will not even bother to give you a deserving compensation for it, forget Diwali bonus. Work life balance over here is a myth, people working here are a little aboverobots and managers know everything but managing. To those already working here, good luck!
