I have been working here since 2 years now and when I joined the company at that time it was very engaging, good process and a healthier work environment however this remained just for a round 2 to 3 months and after that it was all just opposite.

Dislikes

The work environment is toxic. They put in a lot of pressure on you for meeting targets and if you do not meet the targets then they will put you on PIP and then will throw out of there.

all depends on the deal you're going to work for, If it's a Google deal do prefer going to some other. As Google is on Cost cutting which is ultimately making your life miserable at Office.Along with that if your upper management is sitting in other location like (hyderabad) then you can't expect Promotions. Bottom line is don't apply for Digital marketing job at Accenture. As they have very few projects with Digital Marketing and mostly are related to Google only....Read More

Google is on cost cutting as we all know, due to which they are firing people on the basis of Bad quality which is not possible after 3 years of working in same process.

The environment is really toxic , Also the companies policy is damn ridiculous and demoralizing. The only thing employee works for is the finances and this is what company never give a suitable sum to an internal employee , no matter how critical your work is or how critical/important is you to your company. Company policy and HR will never take care of you since you are an internal employee .

They are following feminism within organization. Not a safe place as a man/boy. As a man, we can't share our thoughts within team. If working under female TL, you can't cross question since she can say anything and sr. management will trust her blindly. upfrontly, they will encourage you to leave organization.

Promotion and Hike are very slow. Even people didn't get hike from last 2 years and when they get salary hike it was very low.

Managers are stubborn to the things. Like if any stupid instructions come up from leadership they will ask their team to complete like some useless trainings and to attend some useless townhall and meetings. Even they are asking now to come to office when person can finish same work from his home.

Most liked thing is the job security and perks like both side cab and wifi reimbursement. We also receive points for the good work but hardly in a year of 2000 indian rupees only.

They will delay your promotion and always false promises received from the manager and management regarding this.
