Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. The people here are useless, they do not take normal English speaking people and only those children are taken here who have studied from a good organization. A normal student has no value here, he has never cleared an interview or will ever clear one.
