Accenture being a multi national company has all the norms and regulations like inclusion in diversity and LGBT, Vaahini etc. They are quite strict about ethics and compliance.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Accenture has succumbed to the market pressure and started with single digit yearly hike. There is no mid tearm appraisal, you have to wait a whole year for next appraisal. You are constantly compared with your peers, highly competitive environment and worst part is favoritism exists, your hard work gets unnoticed in front of someone who is your boss's favorite. My work is decent not very tough or challenging but the environment makes it tough to work. I need to apply my brain its not rocket science but its not cake walk either. Its manageable.

1. Opportunity for growth are available if you are a good performer. 2. Policies are available and everyone follows it strictly, either a associate or top management. No one will force you to go beyond it. 3. Transportation facilitiy is very good in it. You will get both side cab and their is hardly any issue as an employee you facein this area. 4. 1. Bonus, which is announced once ina year but distribute 2 times in a year. You don't have any control on it as it is decided by managers and once you know what is the amount you get no one will change it and it is fixed for one year. Means one year is fixed now either your performance is too good or bad. 2. Policies, why I am including this point in con section as well because their is policy for everything even for small things as well, which will complicate or delay activities lot of time as you have to follow it and work on that basis. 3. Work is infinite. Their is no limit of work, either it is less or more you have to compete it. So work pressure is their. 4. Just because of the work and some sla's falling on weekend you have to come over weekends as well. It does not matter it is a festival or your birthday, you have to come. 5. Lot of dependencies on on shore or different teams due to which work is delayed. 6. Related to bonus again, when you join the company your first year bonus will be on default rating. 7<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
