Great culture, above average compensation and benefits compared to competing service based companies, lots of resources to learn and explore.

Uncertainty about working culture based on the project. Huge company so a bit harder to be visible and make an impact. 90 day notice period.

Got salary timely without cut. This is the only good thing.

Variable bonus in salary is huge. 21 perecnt for senior developer and 27 for lead. The average payout of variable is only 30-40 percent. When asked about low payout, first thing u would listen is "It is in your offer letter that u can get from 0 to 21 percent. Hell lot of politics - What ever hardwork u do, apprails and increment will only go to favourites. So, this brand comes with lot of unexpected things.

... culture, scamming in the name of Techleap and not promoting people who deserve. Worst rules by not giving hikes, They will never pay variable pay properly. Geneder discrimination for men. It is a bad experience.

Cab available for shift timing

If project shut down then new joiners are fired first on basis of cost cutting. Even on bench they give 3 week ultimatum to find project else you will be kicked out. Only if you are selected by project then only you should join else on bench you need to go through interview process. Working for US shift is not preferred.

WFH is one thing that is helpful. Work life balance is okay depending on the team you are in. There is a good learning opportunity. Overall a good company to start your career in.

Dislikes

No Salary hikes and appraisals in past two years which is demoralizing. No appreciation for the hard work done. No one to one communication with managers regarding appraisals.
