I saw many people suffered here with silent layoffs and toxic management No support for employees. Even if you have evidences they won't listen to u. And also here if u r part of avanade then you shouldn't expect promotion or good hikes..

Flexible work life balance is really good and less micromanagement is there. Work culture is also good.

Dislikes

Nothing is there really to dislike. You can always ask HR or your manager regarding the problems you are facing.

Removing employees.this is totally bad.job security is very important.but this doesn't have in Accenture. Getting projects mostly all are in short period like 3 to 6 months.this time is not enough to understand and upgrade the skills.

salary structure is on lucrative side as they show high salary structure by 24% variable pay in your package. but sometimes you only get 12-15% Promotion cycle is very slow. If you are deserving candidate and you are continuously getting good client feed back, still you have to wait till eternity 😅 for your turn to come. Depends on project account completely
