I have completed 1 year after that for some issue I have regine from that company after 3 months I decided to to join the company again. I HAVE all experience later from startek. But when I again went for interview In startek There is a Assistant Manager his Name is Asutosh kumar. He was taking interview. He started to claim false eligatinos that we had done abscond from the company. We all 3 people we wanted to again work in startek but he rejected as that because we came together for interview he will not select us. And he is cotinue blaming us that we have done abscond from the company but we had all the paper with us. And he rejected us. Is that company policy if some people knows each other and they come for interview together they should rejected. Kindly check this issue
Assistant manager name is Asutosh Kumar and he is from Myntra Kolkata

There lots of pressure to close the ticket.

I have joined the company because it was my first Job. I have surved 2 years 8 months. I left the company because of fake promises by Manager and TLs.

They will not release you if you perform good but they will also not do any hike or promotion on the basis of your performance. They will do fake promises to make you stay in the company until they will get good back-up of yours

If they find back-up they will let you go. Till that time we release that "Kash 6 months ya 9 months me switch kiya hota to avi double salary hota".

This is true I felt this after 2 years 8 months of service in STARTEK.

In teleperformance I had an telephonic interview were I had been asked about myself and after that HR told me to tell something for 2,3 minutes. They were checking the english pronunciation only. I personally advice that be calm and answer all the Question. No need to fear on telephonic interview. If you think you cant provide the answer just say I am sorry I am unable without hesitation.
